Doogie Howser, M.D. is a television comedy-drama starring Neil Patrick Harris as a brilliant teenage doctor who was also faced with the problems of being a normal teenager. The show ran from September 1989 to March 1993.

Doogie Howser, M.D was debuted on the 19th September 1989 and ended on the 24th of 1993. It has four (4) seasons with ninety-seven (97) episodes. The show was set in Los Angeles. It was created by Steven Bochco and David Kelley. It tackles the life of a teenage genius who finished medical school at the age of fourteen (14) and became board-certified doctor at the age of sixteen (16).

Douglas Howser, M.D. played by Neil Patrick Harris was a teenage genius and known as Doogie as his nickname. He was a brilliant teenage doctor who graduated Princeton University at his age of ten (10). As a teenager, he must learn to balance his responsibilities as a doctor and his social growth with his parents, friends, career and colleagues. He was help by his parents Katherine and David Howser, co-workers, Wanda his girlfriend and Vinnie Delpino played by Max Casella.
